The team was exceptional. My entire condo was in desperate need of painting and from the first day I was able to feel confident that they could be trusted. The few minor glitches were remedied easily, as they accommodated everything I asked for. I can't speak to "value" because I didn't do any price comparison. Still, I'd easily recommend them to anyone in need of this kind of work.

The interior of my house was damaged by a fire which started on my roof. As a result the walls had to be taken down to the studs. I worked with Disaster Solution – Illinois Restoration Services and they were wonderful. They had creative ideas about how to rebuild my house within the confines of the existing exterior. Their workmanship was excellent. The workers very friendly and professional. I love my house - every time I walk in the front door I am taken aback by how great it looks. I cannot say enough about this company and their employees!!

On Thanksgiving, a guest flushed paper hand towels in the basement toilet at our townhouse which caused the injector pump to fail. We had sewage water coming out of the shower and injector pump. Disaster Solution – Illinois Restoration Services immediately came out and removed the carpeting and wood flooring in the basement and cleaned up the sewage and dried out the basement. They were very quick and professional and did a really great job getting everything done over a holiday weekend. I hope we never have to use them again for an emergency situation but if that ever happens, we will call Steve immediately. We highly recommend them. Best decision we made was calling Disaster Solution – Illinois Restoration Services.

Not sure who wrote these other reviews but we just finished a project at our home with Disaster Solution – Illinois Restoration Services and couldn't have been more pleased. Our insurance company referred us to DS from the onset of our water damage claim but we opted to go with another contractor - huge mistake!. After the original contractor tried to steal and held back a deposit I reached out to Disaster Solution – Illinois Restoration Services who made our repairs a top priority. The workmanship and professionalism are top notch. DS did everything from plumbing, appliance installation, painting, floor refinishing, and electrical repair.
